We reserve our limited time slots for your events and once booked we do not accept any more bookings for that time slot. In order to protect our performers, the following “event cancellation policies” will be instituted. If a performer is unable to attend your event due to sickness or “acts of nature”, we will make every effort to find you a similar replacement.
We do not offer rain date policies.
Event Cancellation (Not Birthday Parties)
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or event. If you need to cancel the entertainer(s), 40 days or more prior to your event, $100 admin fee is due. However if cancellation occurs 7-39 days prior to your event, 65% of your entire amount is due. If cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to the event, the full amount is due.
Birthday Party Cancellation
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or events. If you need to cancel the entertainer(s), 10 days or more prior to your event a $100 admin fee is due. However is cancellation occurs 2-7 days prior to your event, 60% of your entire amount is due. If cancellation occurs 48 hours or less prior to the event, the full amount is due.
Please note: if for any reason, your performer becomes unavailable (illness etc), every effort will be made to replace them with a suitable entertainer. If this does not suit your situation, your deposit will be returned.
